Costs of delivery for our wholesale customers
The costs of shipment of the merchandise abroad are agreed individually with the customer, our products are sent to every country in the world. The cost of dispatch of a parcel or a pallet outside Poland depends on several factors, e.g. weight, volume of the merchandise, distance from the place of delivery.

Shipment of merchandise via the GLS delivery service is covered with an insurance, which is why we request our customers to inspect the parcel in the presence of the delivery agent. In case damages to the merchandise are found, a damage report should be made. F.H.U. Annapol Mariusz Kamiński as well as GLS use all reasonable endeavours to make sure that your parcel is delivered to you the day after its dispatch. We invite our customers to collect their orders in person. In such a case, the customer does not incur any costs of delivery.
