The device will count down the 10 seconds needed to warm up (WARM UP). When the word BLOW appears on the screen, blow into the sensor within 10 seconds (blow for at least 3 seconds). After a while (up to 5 seconds), the test result will appear on the screen. The result is given in g/l and %BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration). Converting the result to per mille: This is the approximate value of the top result on the display, e.g. 0.4 g/l = 0.4 per mille.
