Drakkar, był największym z używanych przez Wikingów typów okrętu (langskipy).
Jednostki tego typu potrafiły osiągać do 45 metrów długości oraz posiadały do 34 par wioseł, częściej jednak budowano drakkary o długości od ok. 20 do ok. 35 metrów.
Drakkary były jednostkami pełnomorskimi, pozwalającymi swobodnie żeglować po Morzu Północnym czy Bałtyku.
